 Dear Residents of Woodedge Village CIA,

 We are pleased to announce that the Board of Directors of the Woodedge Village Community Improvement Association, your homeowners association, has entered into a management agreement with Community Asset Management, Inc. ("CAM") as their Managing Agent.  CAM will be managing all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Association, including collecting assessments, paying invoices, preparation of financial statements, and deed restrictions. You may direct inquiries regarding assessments and deed restriction management of Woodedge Village CIA to CAM at the letterhead address or feel free to view the new website at:

2018 Maintenance Fees

2018 Maintenance Fee $525 (Annual Jan 1 - Dec 31) -- Due Jan 1
Fees must be paid in full to receive pool tags or rent the clubhouse. All payments must be postmarked by the due date. If you have not made a payment by Feb. 1 2018, please be advised the management of the Woodedge Village C.I.A. has changed. Please mail your check (payable to Woodege Village C.I.A.) to:
