To be prepared for this transition, please note:


Service Information

  • Service days remain the same.
  • Please have waste ready by 7:00 am to ensure service as service times may change during this transition.
  • Texas Pride Disposal will collect regular household waste, seasonal yard waste, and two bulk/heavy items every regularly scheduled collection day.
  • If your community has recycling, please note we accept the following items in our recycling program: all paper products, paperboard, cardboard boxes, wax-board containers, aluminum and tin cans, plastics #1-#7 (excluding Styrofoam), glass bottles and jars, and light scrap. Announcement Letter

 Dear Residents of Woodedge Village CIA,

 We are pleased to announce that the Board of Directors of the Woodedge Village Community Improvement Association, your homeowners association, has entered into a management agreement with Community Asset Management, Inc. ("CAM") as their Managing Agent.  CAM will be managing all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Association, including collecting assessments, paying invoices, preparation of financial statements, and deed restrictions. 2018 Maintenance Fees

2018 Maintenance Fee $525 (Annual Jan 1 - Dec 31) -- Due Jan 1
Fees must be paid in full to receive pool tags or rent the clubhouse. All payments must be postmarked by the due date. If you have not made a payment by Feb. 1 2018, please be advised the management of the Woodedge Village C.I.A. has changed. Please mail your check (payable to Woodege Village C.I.A.) to:
